Dear parent/carers

In order to plan staffing, catering and transport for students who need to attend school from Monday 23rd March would you be kind enough to let school know as soon as possible if your child is attending school. I must emphasise that your child must remain at home unless you are identified as a key worker or your child has a social worker or an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

If your child has Free School Meals, they are welcome in school either for lunch or the whole day.  Could you also indicate whether or not your child relies on school transport and if so the service number. Wiltshire Transport are currently working on alternative arrangements for students who get the bus to school and will be in contact directly with parents.

Students should attend in practical clothing – school uniform is not required. We will be working day by day with a flexible staffing model and therefore we will not be able to offer any guarantees of fixed structures or lessons in this period. It is our hope that each day we can provide some variation and different workshops but the underlying principle we are working from is that students will complete the same online based activities that their peers have been set on the website.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
