Careers update for students and parents of Year 10 and 12.
As with so many things work experience for Year 10 and work shadowing for Year 12 has had to be cancelled this year due to Covid 19. This is a real knock back for students, and a really important opportunity missed. As we all look at ways to change and adapt to our current circumstances we wanted to let you know about some great opportunities that our students can engage with.
Known as virtual work experiences, many employers are putting on events some ranging from a day/ week/ weekly work experiences. Please see here for more details.
Year 9 Options:
Unless Mrs Howe has spoken with you and agreed a change of options all students can assume they have their first choice subjects that they chose in February as part of the options process.
If you have any options related queries please email Mrs Howe at firstname.lastname@example.org.
